The Ethics in Action Club would like to recruit your participation! Our Club was founded on the notion that many people do not fully understand the importance of ethics in our everyday lives. We are working as a group to get the information out there in as many ways as possible so that we create a more knowledgeable Menlo campus and community. Many of us do not realize the multitude of situations we will be faced with in the workplace and, as a result, we have not thought about how to go about making ethical decisions. This is where our club comes into play. We want to do our part in helping people make ethical, educated decisions! To help us with that goal, the members are currently conducting a study in which participants document reactions to various scenarios. This research study is completely anonymous and individual answers will not be tied directly to the participant. We must get at least 500 Menlo contributors (including students, faculty, staff, coaches, and alumni) to take part. It only takes about 20 minutes of your time and, if you are a student looking for SERV opportunities, there is another advantage! After participating in the study, you simply print out the last page that thanks you for your participation, write your name on it, and then turn it in for one hour. One SERV hour fulfilled in just 20 minutes, how much easier can it get? Simply, visit this website to get started:
If you have any questions regarding the study or our club, please contact our club President Jacquie Szalata (irmasinjection@gmail.com) or Professor Sekerka ext. #3701.
We appreciate your participation.
Thank You!
